I went Wednesday morning even though the wind was blowing out of the southwest which isn't ideal. Used live shrimp and artificial to target trout but caught a whole lot of shite fish and one 30" redfish (No Pics). My father hooked into something massive in Lake B but it ran to the rig and popped the line. Considering the way the fish ran I think it could have been a jack, which would have been a cool photo op.
Moral of the story: It's still too early for trout but the redfish are all over the place.

I've been on that goose chase. It's a blast. The line getting cut is the best thing that could happen. Makes for the best type of daydreams. lol
