App for logging sets and reps at the gym

Hey guys just getting back into the weight room again after quite a long absence. I want to accurately track my weight and reps for each excercise. Obviously I don't want to carry around a pen and paper in the gym. Are there any good apps to use for this? It doesn't have to be fancy or detailed. Just the basic stuff. I know I could make a google sheet but was wondering if there was something else? Thanks.

Jefit or a specific programs app. For example, the 531 program has a few apps to track.

I think Google sheets is your best bet.
I hate pre made workout logs. There's always something you can't do. Google sheets won't be as "pretty", but it will be the most flexible.

Jefit was exactly something I was looking for. Thanks.

I use FitNotes (Android) to keep track of my gym progress. Its not fancy at all, but it is flexible and let's me keep log of everything in the gym.

Used to use fitocracy, but I just stick with the ol marble notebook and a pen now.

OK, although I'm typically a "I don't care what you do in the gym as long as it doesn't impact me in any way" type of guy, and you using an app to track your workouts at the gym doesn't impact me in any way, . . .
I just don't understand walking around with a cell phone at the gym, or all the constant fiddling with it between sets. Granted, I'm old and curmudgeonly, but I just don't get it. It ain't rocket science.
Anyway, get off my lawn.

Fitting,
I already have my phone with me for music, so using it to pre-plan my workout and track my progress is a natural fit for me.
I really use it to remind me of what I did the day (or two) before to keep that linear progression going.
To each his own though, you do you.
