Neyland is a giant erector set..but aren't they planning to brick the exterior soon?
Went there in '06, the view is nosebleed, the seat space ridiculously small..but did enjoy the trapped accoustical noise.

I think expanding the south would add 10,000 seats to put us in 6 digits. It would not add 25,000.
