My guess is it would be more suites and club seats with some bleacher seats above them kind of like Florida's End Zone.

Your math is a little wrong.

adding 15,000 would make it 107,000. Adding another 15,000 would make it 122,000.

Plus 15k+ is a little generous considering each deck added so far was closer to 13k+ for each (92k current capacity-79k pre-Upper East). I assume the South/North Uppers would be lower in capacity due to the endzones not being bigger than the sidelines.

120K for both would be a more realistic estimate.
