The BJ's don't stop in general. Occurs pretty much anytime there is sex.

However, period BJs are pretty damn rare, and usually require some kind of occasion (vacation, b-day, date night, etc...). Her logic is pretty similar. She's not going to get "warmed up" and not be able to do anything about it.
