Let's use your kid analogy.
This would be like you ignoring one kid beating your other kid for over a year, and then your kid that was being beat, kills your other kid, and in the press conference you say "well his brother was being mean too, so..."

I don't believe he has.
He has spoken about this sort of shite a lot, but he has never called out any specific organization/movement until the media pressured him to do so.
