I just hope when you wind up at the hospital, it's not the one I work at. Hate dealing with trashy, whiny patients like you.
ETA: Your doctor may also be trash too. Except for psychiatrists and neurologists, most people shouldn't be prescribing benzos. Especially for "anxiety," "nerves," or sleep. But they're definitely out there. And their patients are the best repeat-customers money can buy. Want to find a patient who loves his doctor? Find the one who fills his benzo prescription.

Definitely benzo withdrawels. .75 as small as it sounds, if you've been on for a while, is hard to drop cold turkey.
Alcohol will help. So will gabapentin.
Shouldn't last more than a week but you should've tapered.
