Recurring.

I've noticed with recurring business, a lot of salesmen get lax as frick because they think the business will keep rolling in.
I'm just trying to get set up. If they want to take a "break' afterwards, fine - no issues here - I am self-sufficient.
But call someone back. Or e-mail. Or acknowledge.
No one likes to be ignored.

My company has three rules.
1) Communicate- good news and bad
2) Be where you say you're going to be when you say you're going to be there
3) Do what you say you're going to do when you say you're going to do it - exceed expectations
It's amazing how many companies (contractors) can't or won't follow those three simple rules.
