Would switching from Xfinity/Comcast to Direct TV be worth it?

I feel like I watch tv and movies like most of the population now via streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Go, etc...)
I pay roughly $115/mo for a basic line up that includes the necessary sports channels and top of the line internet connection.
I'm falling into the trap Direct TV promotes every year with the NFL package included for the first year of a two year contract.
My main concerns are:
1. With bundling the internet with ATT what kind of cost am I looking at? Over $115 or roughly the same?
2. Other than weather, are there any weird outages that can be expected?
3. For those who made the switch to Direct, do their 4K resolution channels hold up?
TIA

I personally like Comcast and I don't know why it gets a bad rep. The only time I ever have trouble with it is when it acts up and trying to get anyone on the phone at customer service that speaks decent English

Directv sucks after the 2 year promotion contract.

Some things depend on where you live, but in my experience, there are more problems with internet speed and connectivity with AT&T than Comcast. There are times when I can't use OnDemand with DirecTV because my internet speeds are too slow. You also have to deal with the dish going out when it rains.
You should be able to look at the prices online, but bundling tv and internet will likely be over $100.

You might want to post on tech board. They talk about this a lot.
If you live in a GIG territory the internet with Att is with it alone. Direct TV + Internet is $105 for 50mbps.

Comcast gets a bad rep because of ignorant customers who don't read the details of their service agreement.

Appreciate the comments fellow posters. Looks like I'll just be sticking with what I got. Typical Monday boredom at work was sinking in which led to the curiosity.
