Thanks, the Perseus meteor shower is probably the most famous. Didn't realize it was going on. 
Perseids
The Perseids /'p?rsi??dz/ are prolific meteor showers associated with the comet Swift–Tuttle. The Perseids are called so because the point from which they appear to hail (called the radiant) lies in the constellation Perseus.
The name is derived in part from the word Perseidai (Greek : ?e?se?da?), a term found in Greek mythology referring to the sons of Perseus.
