I think it was a pretty textbook definition of terrorism.. intimidation or the threat of violence against civilians in the pursuit of political aims, religious, or ideological change.
Same can be said of antifa. They are basically one and the same though.

Dude a white nationalist literally ran his car into a group of counter protesters and tried to escape. Everyone calls ISIS members who do the same thing terrorist, what makes this situation any different?
