- ran a clean program
- recruited well (can't give the LSU brand all the credit there)
- couldn't, for the life of him, manage a fricking clock
- is universally considered by all who have met him or worked for him to be a class act both on and off the field

It was time to move on. To have that talent-rich 2014 recruiting class lose so many games is unfathomable.

Wishing him the best. Would shake his hand and thank him for all he's done if I ever get an opportunity to meet him.

The LSU football program is ran well because it is overseen and closely monitored by the LSU Athletic Department and the University. The recruiting was part of the LSU football program, which constituted far more than just Less Miles alone, and no one and certainly not me ever said or insinuated that Less Miles is not a fine human being because he obviously is. Nonetheless, he was in position way over his head, and that's why in the end he was fired.
