Plainly the "land owners" do not own the tidal waters...period...no matter how the debate is twisted

That's always the cry of the non land owner. As simple as you make it sound, it clearly isn't the truth and the Bassmasters doesn't support your theory. Damn near everything south of I-10 is tidal and to say none of it belongs to the landowner is asinine to me.

You mean like cutting Lilly booms open or jumping levees creating new cuts to access marsh?
