it is in NK. NK is very insular and closed. i think they don't even speak a form of Korean that is spoken widely in SK anymore. it's like cajun french v. modern french. both can understand the other but lots of idiosyncracies would reveal your hand
NK, due to race and structure, is pretty much impermeable in terms of spy networks

I think it would be really hard to assassinate Kim. we tried for a long time with Hussein, and never accomplished it.
