Actually, now I realize the answer was obvious.

And conveniently, it almost matches their demographic profile. Although this is a little different since it's from last year white population is at 42%, but that's down a couple percent from the year before. So it's decreasing:

So basically they just presented their goal for the future that their AP classes to reflect the composition of their student body.

I don't know why anybody would have a problem with that as a GOAL, but not a quota requirement. Are quotas even legal?

White folks tend to voice their displeasure by simply leaving, because folks who do like this parent did are met with your reaction. Then, 20-30 years later, morons complain that white people didn't try to "work with them" and "make things better" and instead just up and left.
