Google's lifeblood is their human capital. Uber is bleeding top employees in part because their culture was not in line with the ideals of many of their target employees. Intentionally or not, right or wrong, this employee kicked a hornets nest and became a threat to the bottom line so he had to go.

Kap got the dick-hammer up the arse for Kneeling during the anthem and this Google Nerd got the same dick-hammer up the arse for stating his opinions(right as they are).

Also turns out Damore didn't have his PhD from Harvard like he said he did on LinkedIn.
