Most restaurants in the area that are traditionally open during the quiet season are fully operational.
Many of the water sport and excursion operators are open and looking forward to helping guests enjoy their island vacation.

The poor caribbean, unfortunately for you two T&C guys it look like it will hit there as a cat 4 if the track holds true.
