Jon is Azor Ahai. None of the rest matters.
I find it interesting that The Dragon has Three Heads and there are three prophesies heralding the coming of legendary heros: Azor Ahai, the Prince that was Promised, and the Last Hero.
A Legendary Hero from the North, one from the South, and one from Essos.

So, who are the 3 heads of the dragon? Danny? Jon? Who else?
Rheagar names Aegon, and then looks at Dany and speaks to her as if she were the second. I think we can all agree Jon is the third - remember at this time in the books, Jon is still a big secret that most have not figured out.
If Aegon turns out to be a red herring, then Bran seems most likely, but a good case can be made for Tyrion.
I think the show has dropped the 3 Heads of the Dragon completely (while coincidentally also dropping Aegon ).

Mostly agree. I mean, Tyrion has the dragon dreams in the novels and that seems to have been acknowledged by his "friendly" initial encounter (relatively speaking) with the dragon (contrast that to the comparable scene in the novels with Quentyn Martell) in the show, but that's about it.
But, the show seems to have dropped mention of the Red Door/Lemon tree (maybe that was a Martin inside joke for Trini Lopez?) and 3 head visions that seem to permeate the Dany chapters.
