DW is odd. He doesn't blow you away with talent, but he seems to have that "it" factor, and a knack for winning.

That has to be one of the "it" qualities for an elite QB in the NFL to have. A short memory. After a turnover or bad play, or an opponent TD, you have to come back in there carry on like it didn't happen.
