It's a failure because he promised "Disciplined Leadership" and has stepped in shite ever since coming into the whitehouse by not listening to his advisors and implemented a carousel of employment to key positions.

It's a perception and a stain that will never stopped being talked about EVEN if Kelly cleans it up. In 10 years, detractors of Trump will still recall the "embarrassing" start to his administration.

Sessions position and implementation of new rules concerning CAF is a total FAILURE of conservative principles and adherence to the constitution.

As far as the drug war, you're correct, no actual changes so far, but intentions and rhetoric point to things tightening up on that front soon:

This is true, but as I already stated, the damage is done. The Russia investigation is a failure for Trump because it will always be a stain on him for his ridiculous rhetoric and ill advised political moves that got him into the position to be investigated.
