I still get confused with all this transgender stuff. There are men who want to be women, so they dress and act like one, but never have surgery then there are those who have? Which ones get to go to what bathrooms? And how does it work with a dude becoming a woman? Does he penis fall off or is it surgically removed? Do the doctors have to create a vagina down there?
