His and hers mad money accounts is a must in my relationship. And a big arse safe that she doesn't have the combination to for my new guns

ETA - been married for 15 years and we almost never fight about money etc after we put in that system

In my experience, if you try to control every bit she spends she'll end up hiding money, credit cards or you'll fight a lot. Most women need to have some money they can just blow on shite they don't really need.
