Elaborate?
The few vital functions it performs (Customs, ICE, USCG) should be returned to their original departments (Justice, Defense) and the rest eliminated.

The USCG was never a part of Defense. It was part of the Treasury Department and later the Transportation Department. Defense is for foreign, DHS is for domestic.

yeah the DHS just never made sense on an actual, structural level

it was just symbolic shite from the neocons that ran rampant during the Bush admin. why we lie to ourselves to believe any of that shite was good policy that we should keep doing is ridiculousness.

You can say goodbye to the over quarter of a billion dollars in recovery money that the state's received in the last two weeks applying your inane theory. That's not counting the $400-600 million in direct relief funneled through the Agency through its departments.

It's always enjoyable to see people out their half baked ideas and/or their status as a dilletente in a discussion here. So it is reading your posts about this subject. I mean it when I say that you truly have no clue what you're talking about.

You'd screw millions of people in this state out of recovery aid they've paid taxes, insurance premiums and the like in order to receive. But keep going. You're doing great so far. Let's hear some more of your plans!
