Jaime won't be at Casterly Rock because the plot doesn't allow for it. Nobody knows the unsullied are about to attack, there's no reason for him to be there when it happens.
Besides, the trailer shots make it look like he's fighting in Highgarden

I think frankenfish might have nailed it earlier in the thread as it pertains to Jaime's next move.
