That first pic he was clearly already a transgendered person while serving and receiving the "treatment".
But for real, if you have to receive any type of long term medical treatment (like transgender since they mutilate themselves and require drugs be pumped into them) and are on medications, then the military has always not allowed these people in.
Why should transgendered people get preferential treatment over someone who may be on medications and have a medical condition that requires long term attention?
