Lol oh the irony Os wins last year don't count because he was an interim coach but now since they play into your argument you wanna count them. Of course I will but I don't try to change facts based on my opinion the way you do. Leave it to the Les crew to reward him for getting fired.

You accuse others of putting words in your mouth but here you do exactly that Another perfect execution of accusing others of exactly what you are doing, you really should give seminars to radicals, you are perfect at it.

The wins count in his total when we look at career record and winning percentage but 2016 doesn't count as a full season you imbecile because it wasn't a full season. By excluding it I would be HELPING his avg not hurting it (presuming he does win more than 6 games a year) you blithering idiot

ETA: If O goes 10-3 each of the next 3 years by you standard he'd have 9 wins a season. Counting 2016 as 2/3 of a season his avg is 9.8. Looking only at his seasons as full time coach it's 10
