You laugh at the idea that he will learn from his mistakes at LSU and be a positive force at Ole Miss.
Yet you just take Orgeron at his word when he assures you he has learned from his mistakes at OM and be a positive force at LSU
Ole Miss and LSU are vastly different jobs. Virtually the only thing that Orgeron has to do next year is stay the frick out of things and let Canada, Aranda, and our talent do their things. He had a short tenure at Ole Miss and he seemed to realize a lot of things in hindsight and I can't say that I'm disappointed in his performance at LSU last year, especially with Ensminger running the offense.
Furthermore, if O is as good to work with/for as everyone says he is, then he shouldn't have any issues pulling in quality coordinators year in and year out and being a PJ Fleck type of coach who relies heavily on his assistants and recruiting accumen.
Miles on the other hand would be going from a top 5 job to a program in shambles, and he had 10 fricking years of reporters and news outlets trashing his offense, and he openly admitted that he was "looking into changing things" every offseason, and in the end he flat out he refused to. He was almost fired once, and he still refused to change. I don't really see any reason to believe that Orgeron is hardheaded on that level.
LSU's program can win a lot of games on its own at this point in time and I think Orgeron coaching here and, hypothetically, Miles in a lesser situation would be proof of that

It is the best way for OM to make the best of a bad situation.
CLM won't win a Championship there, BUT.....Mississippi is the most talent rich state per ca pita there is. You know he can recuruit, everyone loves him as a person. If CLM simply gets enough good talent to stay in Oxford, he will win 7-9 games a year with smash mouth, run first O until the sanctions are over then who knows.
OM could do a lot worse.
OM fans need to realize it is going to get bad due to the issues. They may not have a flashy team for a little while, but CLM will provide a clean, well run program to get them through it.

See like this. This is completely fabricated.
