Extreme Physical Therapy - I went 4 days a week for 5 weeks. Started off with learning how to stretch, strengthening your core and overall improving fitness. Each session ended with heat stimulation, which is the most amazing thing I have ever experienced. The PT built up the sessions as we went on. I was skeptical but It worked.
Doing it while in pain - I was under both doctor's & PT supervision but I was in pain to start.
As a point of reference - before therapy, I needed 2 - 3 days rest between rounds of golf. After, I could/can play everyday now.
