I mentioned it too. I don't think it will be organized though. I can see some Captain America with a CHL tear adding around sketchier parts of the quarter dressed like a tourist or acting drunk. Waiting to plug a guy within 10 feet.
Perhaps THEN police patrols will be where I remember them.

Some folks carry 100% of the time when they are out and about. Most tourist probably don't carry and locals don't go around the quarter when these things happen.
It would be interesting if someone took out an add in the paper that said a local group of concealed carriers would start walking the quarter at the "right" times. Might force someone to do something to protect the usual suspects.
