LOL , that would be funny. I wonder if his gf would stand by her man when she finds out about his other girlfriends. Steve got around quite a bit *allegedly*. There will be a lot more coming out I suspect.

I do know a bit more info that is not about a gf but by saying it, it would be easy to find out the name of who I am referring to. I am trying to confirm this info in the public records forum to make sure what I am saying is provable. (Cuz people can't sue you for slander or libel if you can prove it is true, especially if it is in public records.)

I'm going to say my posts are all *allegedly* what is going on or what i heard. I will provide proof when I can. I wouldn't want Baldy (aka Steve) to put a gag order on me like he has done with his other people who know the truth about his many *allegedly* dirty deeds.

Is the Fire Marshall's office on his side? Were they all just trying to cover for him?

I think the Fire Marshall's office is obviously incompetent and Steve was counting on that. The fact that he knows them was probably also something he figured would help.

Plus, people like Steve think they are better and smarter than others and that rules don't apply to them.

Notice Steve has yet to speak out about the revelation of the gunshot wound. For someone whose wife very likely has been murdered and his house destroyed, he sure is awfully quiet. You'd think he would be asking the public to come forward with info, vowing to get the killer or something.

But I guess he still thinks that people will buy the suicide story. Good luck with that. Nanette's family and friends all know better and are ready to fight for justice.

I see only two possibilities here:

1. The husband killed his wife and burned the house down due to wanting another life with his side piece and burning a house down is a good way to clean things up in a way.

2. The husband is an awful person and the wife was so bad off that she would shoot herself and burn the place down so he'd have to deal with the aftermath. Why else would a woman burn her own house down and let her beloved animals die too? It doesn't make sense.

For anyone who has ever watched Dateline, 99.9% of the time it's #1.

Does her husband know she is dating?

Also, what takes so long to announce it is a murder or suicide? I am aware that her remains suffered substantial damage from the fire and this may make it harder. They surely have made a determination after so much time.

You are obviously close to the situation and have to be guarded in sharing your thoughts/knowledge. It is noble to try and bring the truth to light. Good luck.

One last thing that nobody has mentioned. Insurance investigators don't care how politically connected you are. They will want to know what happened. They do not pay until there is full, invasive disclosure. And they are not incompetent.

Good Luck.

ETA: Corrected spelling error.

CNN/HLN Primetime Justice discussed Nanette at 8 EST/7 CST (I missed it, dangit!!)

I have heard from a few that she had issues with one of Steve's brothers ( he has 2 of brothers, B and W). I heard even possibly having a restraining order against one of them.

So I searched for proof of a restraining order and found nothing on that. But restraining orders aren't usually published like arrest records are.

But speaking of arrest records... Um wow, looks like B has been a very busy boy when it comes to encounters with the boys in blue. At least 4 DUI's, controlled substances, hit and run, guns, etc.

I would have thought that after 4 DUI's he would be in prison for a few years (and would thus have a solid alibi) but he doesn't show up on the DOC website.

Just some very interesting food for thought. This is the first i have heard of anyone not liking Nanette or her not liking anyone.

Believe me, I am digging but some stuff I have to keep close to me while I find actual proof.

Wonder if Steve would throw his brother under the bus in order to make himself look innocent. Based upon his past behavior and history of betraying his fellow firefighters and his many infidelities , I can believe he would.

This is such a disgusting story. If I were related to Nanette, I don't think I could wait for the law to figure this out. Just sad. If he murdered her, burned the crime scene, and thinks he gets to walk away from all of this, that's disgusting. If there's no justice for her in this life, there certainly will be in the next. I'm praying that the truth comes out. Especially for her family.

Well, seeing as recent (last 20 years) events like these often have the (guilty) spouse on television at some memorial candle light gathering, crying and asking the public to come forward with any leads, often ends up with the spouse being "fount-out".

So this strategy seems opposite of what the "guilty" spouse would do.

Anyone else think it's odd that on Sarah's FB profile picture she commented that "it's been a tough month." And that she "took some time off....trying not to completely lose it."

Anybody that even has a thought about participating in a cover up better rethink that. No way this could get classified as a suicide and then everybody just move on. The national investigation crews will be next on the scene and will only make things worse. Everything better be done on the up and up.
