I don't have a real clue but there's a bunch of doctor's that work at the Andrews Institute, so I don't think he does many if any surgeries at all anymore. I think he's more like just the CEO of the Andrews Institute.
Its pretty impressive FWIW, they hold conferences like weekly on sports medicine.

Does he have 2 locations now? I know he was in Birmingham for a long time, but now also has a clinic at the beach.
