you're right I forgot about Quintana and I used ESPN for the WAR totals, should have used fangraphs like usual.
ESPN has Lester at a 0.2 WAR? How is that possible.
And to your point, I don't think the Cardinals will overtake the Cubs in the next 5 years, because the Cubs actually have a front office that is willing to be bold and not shove dildos up their arse all day.
I will stick to my original statement of the Cardinals having more pitching depth though. Probably won't matter when you have an actual retard managing and a pussy calling the shots in the front office.

I agree with a lot of what you're saying but the caveat of all of it is that Mo is calling the shots and he's going to have to show that he's willing to make a big move.
They need to move Lynn, Rosey, Gyorko, and bring something back in the form of a power bat for the middle of the lineup moving forward or STL is going to be staring up at the others in the division for a while. Their pitching is obviously a bright spot for the future but when you play that game you're just an injury away from being mediocre again (see: NYM).
