BDW is clueless, and is allowing Mo to shite on everything that Jocketty,Luhnow, and Larussa built.
I don't blame Bill Dewitt. He has taken the Cardinals to a great place. I think it's more on Mozeliak.
If they continue to be average (at best), the best thing people can do is stay home. They will take notice if in August and September there are 10,000 empty seats every night.

Problem is, they won't.
People love the team, and will go regardless. And all they have to do is put game day tickets at low prices, and people will gobble them up and spend a fortune at the concession stands.
If you can get the fan base to come together and demand changes, then, you will see BDW make moves. He's making $$$ hand over fist, and his team is still in the hunt(lolol), so all good for him. And in his interview he put a lot of blame on the players, not the poorly put together roster that Mo put together.
All we heard is that Defense is #1 priority for 2017/18 season. And yet they did nothing, but made it worse. Fowler was never a good defensive CF.
It's a mess
But, Dejong,Voit, and Sierra have been a breath of fresh air.
Sierra comes up from AA, and hits. only 49 at bats, but he's still hitting .417 in MLB plate appearances.
