I'm rooting for the OP, this is the type of project I daydream about having the balls and space to do, but if that thing has any semblance of structural rot he would need to find some 100 bills stuffed in the livewell to come out money-ahead. Hopefully since it's an 04 and a triton the bones are in good shape, but man those cracks and all that grime from sitting outside in the weather aren't encouraging.

What's your plans to address all of the fiberglass that is cracked along the edges?

It's amazing what a little bleach will do. Looks like a totally different boat in the second picture.
