Anything is possible. I had a boss who's brother was convicted of having over 200 juvenile nude pics and his computer. They guessed the ages ranged from 9 to 14. One guy sent him all the pics. That one guy sent to 30 guys. Those 30 sent to numerous different guys...On and on.

Let's look at your claim critically. 30 x 30= 900. 900 x30= 27,000. 27,000x 30= 810,000 and so forth. You can see that pretty soon the entire nation is in a child porn frenzy.
I'm guessing child porn has pretty limited appeal . It's a cultural anomaly. It rivals murder in the mind of most Americans. And maybe there is a bit of hysteria and Conspiracy afoot in all this.
