What CCTider said. Also, ISPs don't want to be forced to upgrade infrastructure for internet, and have profits regulated. I would be fine with paying a reasonable price for what I use. On the flip side, I want access to gig speed for cheap like in other countries, and ISPs have to get permission for rate increases like we do other utilities in this country.


You see, this is a completely bipartisan issue. Liberal or conservative, Bama or Auburn, it's to every Americans benefit to have this law in place.
