Yeah, and there was either a Dateline or 20/20 or what not episode on that a while back, too. I specifically remember them having "cameras that prove they aren't speeding that do not break away" set on the speedometer, but the glimpses of surrounding areas you catch are miles apart from where they were actually getting pulled over.
There was also no higher agency involvement in reprimanding the agency after being put under the national spotlight. So, again, we either have a criminal Mastermind who can deceive all levels of law enforcement while being "caught" by all the Joe Blows from BF, Louisiana, or SuperSaint's uncle is, you know, boring and not a racketeering murderer.

Uh, he asked if his uncle was involved in corruption... I responded there was a book that supposedly said he had a part in it, so calm down with the sarcasm Ricky. If, you know, you intended to be sarcastic.

It was Dateline. They wired a luxury car, with out of state plates, with cameras focused on the road and speedometer and got pulled over for speeding and reckless driving. After being issued a ticket they showed the video to the sheriffs department and sort of rained on their parade
Dateline did a follow up some months later and included additional video from I think Acadia parish where the cops pulled over an Asian guy with a lot of cash and accused him of drug dealing. The kicker was the cops pulled up behind the guy but keep their dashcam running showing them planting drugs. Meanwhile the Asian guy had a certified letter from an attorney showing he was indeed planning to buy a shrimp boat with the money.
It was somewhat comical until you realize it was going on in Louisiana and then it became embarrassing.
