He ruined The Shot Heard Round the World with his stupid aping of Russ Hodges call but in a dry dispassionate voice because his precious Cards had lost.

He thinks he's paying homage (maybe he thinks that) or because he's so un-original...

But he's always stealing old classic lines and not just constantly from his Dad...he steals from Vin Scully.

The guy has no original thought. He's a facsimile and thinks it's cool to steal famous lines from better broadcasters.
