No, nobody would say Klay and Curry are redundant. They play different positions and have different games. Plus you can play a ton of great wings together. That is the modern NBA. Name me one team, in the past 30 years, that won with two great post players averaging a combined 50+ppg..

They can both play the 1 and 2
Both shoot the 3 ball, can pass and dribble etc?
You're the one calling AD and Boogie redundant. I haven't seen anyone saying that about the 2 or saying it can't work? Obviously they won't average 50 ppg but they can post around 45 ppg and shoot high percentages. They can open up shots for others on the court because there aren't a lot of teams that can guard both those guys 1 on 1 in the post.
