Last night I experienced something I haven't experienced since I was living in Seattle and that was low blood sugar. Had to take a couple of glucose wafers but I easily fell asleep after doing that.

When I have high blood sugar its as if I am ultra stressed, my heart rate is high, I get hot, I sweat a lot and go to the bathroom a lot, I get really thirsty and feel like my body is a tick and just needs to get rid of whatever is in my body

When I have low blood sugar though I feel weak, jittery, shaky, cold, and my heart rate is low. Kind of like that weak trembly feeling when you have the flu.

The challenge now is eating enough carbs to keep my blood sugar from dropping too low but not eating too much as not to get it too high

Dude you know to go to the doctor. I know you said it's too expensive, but you need to figure something out. If you really do have diabetes and you aren't diagnosed and able to be treated correctly you could very easily slip into a diabetic coma and die. Diabetes ain't nothing to frick with.

ETA: also it could be through no fault of your own if you are diabetic. My family has a terrible history of diabetes. My mom's dad and brother both got it in their early 20s when they were very healthy and her brother died in his 40s from slipping into a coma. I went to the doctor for blood work and despite eating clean and being in the gym daily some of my levels are higher than they should be. I'm not diabetic, but if I don't take care of myself I easily could be soon so diet and exercise are very important for me.
