Let's hope the best for these places. This is our tax dollars. Yeah I wish the people spending the money would do their diligence in making sure to keep this property up and to live up to its potential and not treat it like it's only a photo-op ribbon cutting....
It's like a child an 18 yo that graduated a 30 day rehab, you praise and hope the best for the dude. You don't come out the gate with 'ahh give him a year and he will be back on the shite'.... because you know that kid could be robbing your shite in the next year.

Oh no doubt there are houses around my area around 100k to 140k. The difference is that I don't have to worry about these people fricking with my shite.
