in almost every decent sized city there are plenty of mixed income housing. I can almost guarantee there are some in your precious 70808.

Let's hope the best for these places. This is our tax dollars. Yeah I wish the people spending the money would do their diligence in making sure to keep this property up and to live up to its potential and not treat it like it's only a photo-op ribbon cutting....
