I think Sandro is the key piece for the 352. Hes a much more effective and dangerous player going forward than alonso, with the speed to get back.
Cesc getting into the normal rotation will take the sqaud to the next level, imo, since its looking like we'll have some really athletic midfield cover for him finally.
Having both sandro and alonso frees up some tactical flexibilty, and rudiger seems pretty damn quick for a lcb, considerably faster than cahill at least.

Lukaku never struck me as a player with a real high work rate, which seems like something conte would primarily look for.
The rumors of rom being contes primary target never made much sense. Feels more like the board wanting to undo joses decision.

I dont think james is a good fit at all. Dont really need another luxury finesse 10-style player when we already have one whos better. I also think the Prem would chew him up and spit him out.
