That's not how it works in baseball. He willl get his payday but it won't be this offseason.

Ryan Howard still getting his $10M/yr in what should be retirement as he moves like a 3 legged water buffalo these days, don't know if he has completely given in to the obvious @ AAA yet. Many MLB veteran contracts are just stupid.
