because you can't defend people not having a govt issued ID in today's world. You literally have to go OUT OF YOUR WAY to not have an ID. This isn't the 60s anymore. You need an ID to do damn near everything. quote:

Good thing there are avenues for free ID cards damn near everywhere in the us.
So do these people not have bank accounts? Not live in an apt or a home? Not have a car? Straight edge and don't drink nor smoke? Do they just not go to the doctor or get their prescriptions filled?
