Horn was the aggressor, he dictated pace of fight, Manny looked like Floyd running from Horn. He should have put him away in the 9th round and didn't, he's old it's time to retire Manny lost this fight because he is not what he used to be and that's ok it happens as you age. Horn sounded like an idiot though calling out Mayweather

He tried to end the fight in the 9th, he was throwing wild haymakers the last half of that round.
