The NOLA restaurants let you get in line from your smartphone. The no wait app lets you show up on time and be seated without standing around outside.

Tried to go a while back.
They have a drink menu, and cocktail menu, and then a "kids' drinks" menu. Friend ordered coffee and wanted a small OJ with the meal. They refused to serve her the kids' size OJ and said she must purchase the large $4 OJ. Okay, we just won't get OJ. Then, she had been before and the biscuit she ordered was soggy (according to her). When she asked if they could run the biscuit through the toaster like they do the toast, the waitress without even checking said that's not something they can do.
I'm not a special request person, so I'd never have experienced any of this by myself, but I found it really odd that a restaurant would refuse to accommodate relatively simple requests.
We ended up leaving and going to Louie's, where the biscuits are toasty and you can order OJ in the 8oz size..
The food looks good, so I am sure I'll be back another time. None of the above affected me personally, so I don't care. Just struck me as odd.

It is odd. The biscuits might not go through the toaster and you really left a restaurant over what seems to be $2 in OJ that your friend really didn't want?
How do the drinks at Louie's compare?
