And threw 23+ INTs in 3 seasons that decade while at it. Never a QB rating over 100 the entire decade, Steve achieved 100+ 6x.

I'll give you this one STAT wise... but he led his team to only one SB....Elway, Fabre, and Aikman led their teams to multiple SB's.

I do think Steve Young is underrated when talking about the great QBs of all time, and I think there are times Favre gets too much praise.

However, QBs threw alot more INTs back in the early-mid 90s than they do these days and 100 QB ratings were very rare (which is why Young should get more mention in greatness discussions).

I'd honestly have a hard time saying Young wasn't the best in the 90s, but pointing strictly at Favre's INTs isn't the strongest argument. Keep in mind Favre also led the league in TD passes three seasons in a row and yards twice.
