re: Hey Project.....2018 Draft Eligible Sophomores

So, if a kid turns 21 within 45 days of the draft, they would be draft eligible as a sophomore.

We won't know the exact date until maybe January (when MLB schedules it), but I can give an estimation based on this years draft:

6/11/2018 seems like the most likely draft date based on previous years so a player would need to turn 21 by 7/28/2018. That means the cutoff birthday is 7/28/1997 (feel old mother frickers).

Any soph with a birthday before that will be draft eligible.
