Florida should be embarrassed. They had maybe 200 fans in attendance.

Where can I get my "We had more fans" ring made in the BR area?

Thanks in advance

I've only been fortunate enough to go to one CWS, back in 1998, Couldn't stay for the end (good thing, given the circumstances) but I did get to see the first 2 games. I'll never forget what one of the locals told me. He said, "we try as hosts to welcome everyone and not to play favorites but you LSU fans are in a different league. I'm convinced that your fans would tailgate at a funeral."

We were at Blatt's after the game Monday and locals I talked to were saying how much more fun it was when LSU was at the world series. Even better when we make it to the finals because even more of us show up. Some locals were specifically there because they knew LSU would be there partying until they shut the doors.

Wish I could've gone, it sounds like an unbelievable experience from everything I've seen. Hopefully I get the chance before too long. Props to everyone who made it Baton Rouge North.

We were surrounded by Omaha residents both games. They did leave once Fl started scoring in the 9th. These weren't LSU fans as I think may have been stated during the broadcast.

That said, they ALL cheered for LSU. They seemed to have just as good of a time as the LSU fans, even knew a good bit about our roster.

Second time I've been to Omaha and will definitely be back.

Can't express how much I love that the CWS feels more and more like a home game the further we go. Such an awesome advantage!

Well done Omaha, I nod in your general direction

Booked hotels and tickets during the 9th inning of the Oregon st game for me, my dad, and my father n law. Bucketlist for all 3 of us. All the stories are true that I have heard before. Lsu fans take over omaha and even council bluffs, iowa across the river. Went to Barret barleycorns pub and it was like we walked into a bar in baton rouge. At least 3 times the amount of lsu merchandise than any other team and was told the other teams fans really don't spend any money there. Everyday had the locals tell us how much the town loved lsu fans and how they wish other teams had that passion for their teams. Btw.....stayed till the end of both games. So did Warren Morris. Talked to him as we crossed the street after game 2

Agree completely. We stood in line both days in GA area I wasn't going anywhere. That always looks terrible when people go to leaving early.
